When is Ford going to bring back the Thunderbird? It's an iconic brand that is sorely missed.

I finally got mine on 3/8 after ordering on 12/28.

Got my hybrid on 3/8. Check the Ford Etis site for info on the build.

I would recommend you join the Ford Fusion Hybrid forum as well. It has a load of great information specific to the hybrid model.

I ordered my FFH on 12/28/12 and took delivery on 3/8/13. So hopefully you're close.

I can't tell you how the 2.0L Ecoboost is but I have my new Fusion Hybrid for 2 weeks now and absolutely love it. My 25 mile commute home from work yesterday yielded 54 mpg! But I will say, to get the maximum mileage you have to drive differently than you're probably used to. I traded in a 2006 Mercedes CLS 500 for the FFH and I will say I can no longer blow anyone off the line anymore and part of me misses that. But it's more than made up for by the fact that I've had the car for 2 weeks and still haven't had to put gas in it. It does make it worthwhile at least for me.

To update everyone my delivery date was pushed out to 3/5 and when I called the dealer all they could tell me was that there was a hold and it may be for quality reasons and there was no ETA listed. Needless to say this made me very nervous. That's when I found out about the employee vehicle locator service Ford employees provide. I contacted them and they said the car was at the rail destination near my dealer and delivery was imminent. Sure enough on Friday 3/8 the dealer called to say the car was in and I cpuld pick it up. When I got there to get the car my salesperson was shocked that I was able to locate the car when he couldn't do it. He kept asking how I was able to do that. That's how awesome these forums are! Anyway, I picked up the car on 3/8 and love it! Today is 3/20 and I still haven't had to fill the tank. I've gone about 425 miles and still have 1/4 of a tank. And this is the first tank of fuel! The instrument panel is telling me 41 mpg so far! I expect it to get even better as the car gets broken in and the weather warms up. Cold temps really affect the mileage. Good luck to everyone still waiting for their cars. I'm here to tell you it is woth the wait.

I hope the regular gas models arrive faster than my hybrid I have ordered. I'm waiting 10 weeks now and am still not sure when delivery will be. Let us know how you make out.

Why does Ford make this tracking so difficult? Shouldn't it be a customer service they offer regularly?
