It does take a while for cars to reach the dealer after they leave Hermasillo, Mexico. After that they are often transported via rail car to a holding facility. After they arrive there they await their turn to be delivered to the dealership. There are many factors that can slow production and delivery. The delivery date given by your dealer should be treated as an estimate, as there is just no telling sometimes if a car will show up in 4 weeks or 24 weeks.

The "beep-beep" that you are experiencing is due to the "mislock" feature. This is to alert you that you are leaving your vehicle running and unlocked. You can disable this feature by navigating to: settings--->vehicle---->locks---->mislock---->off in your left hand information screen. The car will then no longer beep when you leave it running and unlocked or when you try to lock it with they keyfob inside.
