  1. Yeah I mean it works most of the time, that is why I call it forgetful, otherwise it would just be broken haha... I haven't been to concerned with any of it, annoyances if anything. It has to go in for body shop repair so maybe I'll ask about it then. Doesn't sound like a wide spread issues, so that is good.
  2. Alright, new leasee, two months into this... Anyone seen these issues? 1) Easy exit is turned on, upon returning to my car it doesn't go back to my preset. My fob is programmed to the #1 position and this happens randomly. It could be that I hop out to run into the gas station, or starting up in the AM. No rhyme or reason. 2) Ambiant lighting changes from my setting RED to the default BLUE on its own. When I go to the screen to change it back, it shows it is set at red for a second then rotates to blue. Again, no rhyme or reason. Second key, programed to #2 positon is also set RED but it doesn't seem to matter if the second fob is in the car or not. IE it isn't confusing the car. 3) Proximity locks sometimes don't respond to my touch. Either the unlock or unlock, doesn't matter what door handle I use either or if I walk away and come back or walk around the car. However, If I just touch the keypad without entering my code, the system comes back to life and the car will respond to my touch! 4) Red lock lights don't stay lit. This may be related to #3? Just something I have noticed. Car is locked but the lights are not on, are they supposed to be always on? I think that is all for now lol!
  3. I don't know of any car will do that In the manual it says you must turn back on the following items: Heated/Cooled Seats Heated Steering Wheel Heated Mirrors Rear Window Defrost
  4. Tried it with our Flex which all we have right now is the order/dealer codes, no go. Tried it with a "dealer ordered" VIN and a stock VIN, no go. Seems to only work for Mustangs right now as I have no problem pulling up their VINs..
  5. That makes sense... I'll keep that in mind if it happens again! Thanks!
  6. Our '10 Flex was broadsided by someone running a stop sign. http://i57.tinypic.com/b6am9i.jpg 14k in payments from my insurance to the dealer body shop. Replaced rear passenger side panel, door, wheel, interior headliner and had side curtain airbag deployment. Way more than we owed on it and way more than we just where offered for a trade in. I'll never understand the business, two months wthout a car, a lower value and more money put into it then we thought was worth it. I heard this is becoming the norm.
  7. Hello! New here, just received my Fusion Titanium last week. So far I love everything about it! I noticed today when I tried to hop in and go the drivers side door wouldn't unlock even though the key was in my pocket. I tried multiple times and eventually just used the button on the fob. Then started the car with no issues. I hope this isn't a sign of what is to come! Also ordered a '14 Flex SEL so hopefully we'll be seeing that soon!
