I still have alot of friends at sterling and vandyke that say the same thing! Some of first groups that left sterling, the information wasn't to clear! That's all I'm saying!

Local 228 and management tolds us when we left sterling that legacy employees can never come into sterling just two tier! Now you have had legacy people from romeo and vd coming to sterling! Maybe the uaw and management should of Open up the Book and told us thruth before we left.

Hey axle72 i worked at sterling for 20 years! I went to map because they added a third shift but now they are eliminating the c crew!It would be nice to go back to my home plant.

3 shifts for body,stamping and paint does any other ford assembly plant run like this? Seniority should have a option to post out of this mess!

10 years of giving up raises and letting ford do what ever they want to us.it's time to start getting something back,2015 contract should show us where international sides with. Us or the company! I have 22 years and I'm ready to go down fighting

Rawsonville and sterling should of never went to a totally two tier system. They need to stand their ground and let international know that is bull sh$t! Every 2 tier should have a chance at becoming teir 1.
