For instance when they place a lower tier in a position and a Seniority employee even guestions about the job they are told that they cant have the job due to Merit and Ability and the Individual hasnt even had the chance to do the Job yet. Now answer this question, Do you think the Company is upholding the National or even Local Contracts???

I am not one of them or related to any whatsoever. I see The Company doing a good job harrassing individuals for petty things. For you to come on here and defend there actions shows me that what I said is true.I agree with you as far as wasting the Committeemans time with trivial things but when this Company violates the Contract thats what Im talking about. Not FMLA. But I do have a problem with them Violating Seniority with the Excuse of Merit and Ability. So dont get your Panties in a Bunch.

Just the overall treatment of Seniority Employees. We gave up alot during concession time and we have not got anything back but hard times from Management. And all there excuse is Merit and Ability. Grievance procedure has been left on the back burner for them to Terminate employees as well.The younger group of Management has no respect for us as well. I remember when the Company would work with individuals and thats not the case when they are sending head hunters out to Create a Hostile Environment.

Id like to give a shoutout to the Heads of UAW for selling us out for all the Sacrifices we made for them during the Auto Bailouts. They really treat us bad in HVCs. They have created such a hostile environment. Mr Micheal Lucas is based out of Memphis and Ive heard alot of bad stories from Memphis HVC. They got these young fresh punks running the buildings into the ground for them to be able to transfer to another facility and hide.

You don't want to come to HVC. We're they treat you like an animal for LPMH. Just saying.
