I just want to Thank Ford for making life miserable for Us Legacy employees that dont kiss ass. Thank you for Creating a Hostile environment were even Lower Tier employees can disrespect us due to the Fact that they see how Management treats us as well.And Thank you UAW for not Protecting Us. Indianapolis HVC lines per man hour are 120 an hour with no Promised Method Study. No breaks and Individuals quit on the Drop of a Dime due to The Prison Conditions there.

Decker, This probe is going deeper. With the Amount of Labor Charges against Ford Motor all they can do is Investigate them as well. I bet this is just the Beginning.Cant even trust your own Union. Sad shame.

Thanks Decker. I appreciate your Words. It's an atrocity how UAW is letting the Company abuse us. We should have seen the writing on the Wall when we were labeled "Legacy Employees". Antagonized and Harrassed on a daily basis as well. Disrespected by fellow Employees with a couple of years of service. But the Company and Union is allowing it. SMDH

Someone must be getting paid or kickbacks cause I have never seen The Union blind eye the Serious Violations that are occurring in these Plants. Its really sad that Hard Working Union Dues Paying Members are being subjected to these Travesties. Hopefully Change is coming soon cause this is Utterly ridiculous.
