Sorry to hear you are having so much trouble. I empathize with you, but you have been waiting even longer than I have. I don't know what your specs are, but my local dealer has 4 or 5 MKX's on their lot. They don't quite meet what I am looking for, so I still want to wait for mine to come in. Have you looked around at other dealers or are you just tired of the process and want to move on?

Thanks akirby. That's good information to know. Just out of curiosity, should I think it is strange that there is no etis or sticker information out there on my order when the build date is next Monday?

Thanks J-150 BeckyT - I honestly think something got messed up with my order. My dealer is usually pretty forthcoming and he has been quiet on this one. I know there were some issues early on with the manufacturing process, but something has seemed off the whole process. In any case, as long as I get the car, it looks good, and it is to the specs I ordered at, I don't mind. I've also wondered if it depends on the dealer volume too. If say your dealer didn't get as many orders and I was #10 at my dealer, but you were #2 or something. I don't know how that works, but perhaps there are allotment issues and I was just further down on the list in my area.

Still waiting on the vehicle... I got them in the beginning of August though. My dealer and I go back a long time so it is possible it goes out to all black label and the rest are by request of the dealer. I wouldn't get too worked up about it though. It is a nice gesture, but it is just a corporate gift. I used it a couple of times, and I'm sure it will be like akirby it will sit in a drawer somewhere for a long time. I didn't do black label and I got the mugs.

I opted for Black. I was thinking of going with the Luxe as I really wanted a dark grey color, but I just didn't like the goldish hue in some lights. I still don't have a sticker or a build date on etis, but I am told my build date is 9/21. I hope it is true!

I ordered mine at the end of May -5/28 if I remember correctly.
