I am a auto tech struggling with a 08 Navagator that seems to dump the front bags when it wants. sometimes the right, sometimes the left. Then it sets a c1725 c1991 u2023 no bag leaks bench tested.. new solenoids new pump from ford. Even called out the mobile nerds that don't like to get dirty. They don't even know. Any help will be great
