  1. Fuzzymoo moo - I have looked at Ebay but my concern is ensuring I receive the correct LED tail light assembly vice a regular tail light assembly installed in the SE version. Transitman - Thanks for the reply. I have been on FordFusionClub.com site but have not received any replies. I'm assuming my issued is a uncommon (which is good). I'll check out the fordfusionforum.com site to see if there's any posts regarding LED tail light failures.
  2. Wow, looks like I'm the only unlucky person who has a bad LED Tail light. Well, if you do experience a LED tail light failure, plan on pay around $370 dollars for a tail light assembly unless you're covered by your warranty. I'll be installing my new tail light assembly this weekend.
  3. Hello, This is my first post in this forum. I have a 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium and have had a couple of electrical issues. The first is the BLIS, not working on the driver's side now the driver's side tail light. The tail light is reason for this post, is the red led ring on the driver's side tail light (located on the left rear quarter (not the trunk lid) is bad. The brake and direction lights work fine....just not the normal tail light. I'm planning on purchasing a new tail light assembly later this week. Has anyone else experienced issues with their LED tail lights? Thanks.
  4. No. I have just his 50,000 miles. However, I was wondering if the tail light(s) would still be covered. I'm assuming not but I plan on asking a local dealership if this part would be covered. LED lights should last a very, very long time not 24 months. I forgot to mention, it's definitely the tail light assembly. The brake and direction lights work fine. the issue is the red ring around the tail light assemble.
  5. the brake and break were typo's. I know better but didn't check my spelling prior to submitting the post. I'm hoping this is something simple to repair. I'll check the connection(s) and then remove the tail light assembly tonight and connect the assembly to the passenger's side tail light connection and see what the produces. Electrical issues are the worst to trouble shoot. Also, the owner's manual doesn't clearly identify which fuse is assigned to the tail lights. I was also hoping it's a simple as a blown fuse. I also have a drivers side BLIS alert that I have to get fix. Apparently this is a know issue and a software update corrects problem. I may end up adding the tail light issue to list of repairs to at the stealership along with 3 safety recalls. I'll provide an update this weekend.
  6. I have a problem with my drivers side rear tail and break light (red ring) is out. The direction/back up light still work fine. The owner's manual states to bring the fusion to "your local dealership" since this is an LED light and they should not go out. Next, I looked a the fuse location in the owner's manual and there is/are not any fuses specifically labled "tail light/break light both in the passengers compartment or engine compartment. I like doing all the general maintenance on my cars (brakes, fluilds, tune-up's ect) but this issue has me stumped. I'm going to pull the tail light out and use the connector on the passenger's side to see if the tail light illuminates. If the driver side tail light illuminates on the passenger's side connection, then I know I have an electrical issue. If the driver's side does not illuminate, then I know the issue is isolated to the tail light piece which I'm hoping that's the problem. Has anyone had an issue with their taillight/break light not working? What did you do to resolve the issue? Thank you. Dennis Has anyone
