  13. Picked it up on Thursday and then left for the weekend on a hunting trip. Just got back this afternoon after being separated from the new truck and my son (9 years old) asked me if I'd tried out Sport mode. I told him I forgot all about and proceeded to put it in Sport mode. Let me just say that it is scary how much this truck changes from a gentle giant to an absolute beast just by changing the driving mode. I can't even imagine how much power this thing will put down when someone comes out with a tune for it. I've heard Ford Performance will be coming out with one soon that doesn't void the warranty. I better start saving my pennies. By the way, this is the nicest, most beautiful truck I have ever driven/owned. Ford hit it out of the park with this truck!
  14. Picked it up today! Thanks for the weekly updates! You are truly an asset to the Blue Oval community.

  16. Mine has been sitting at the final destination rail yard for one week. I'm hoping that it gets delivered to the dealer this week. My dealer is 2 hours away and my next off day is Thursday so that is what I am shooting for at this point.

  18. I would like to know more about what you are doing with the sub. I bought a kicker 8" shallow sub that I was going to swap out with the Sony and maybe wire in a small amp. I've seen a member on another forum do this and it only took a little bit of modification to the factory enclosure. I'm sure you're probably doing much more than that though.
  19. On a bright note, I got a rail car number from my dealer today and am now tracking through Norfolk Southern. Departing Peru, IN as of late tonight. ETA of 1/24.
  20. Posting for a Wednesday morning update - Thanks! VIN = 1FTFW1RG6HFA20230
  21. My sticker disappears and then came back later.
  22. My last update shows mine is now in the shipping yard awaiting transit with Norfolk Southern. Last update was December 28th and it hasn't moved since.
  23. I would assume you would need to splice into one of the wires for the tail lights or the trailer hitch. Find out which wire is hot for what you want and then find a good ground. Shouldn't be terribly hard. Probably need something like one of these - https://www.amazon.com/Quick-Splice-Connector-22-18-Gauge/dp/B003L9G6FU - just make sure you get the right gauge for your wires. Also, don't use the trailer hitch ground as your ground. Should probably find another bare metal part underneath the truck to ground to.
