The order was actually placed May 28th (deposit check finally cleared this week). Looking at some order trackers, I'm seeing people getting VINs pretty quickly. Is this VIN assignment process different/slower with fleet orders?

Thanks for the quick response. I'm actually leaning toward buying a used '18 Platinum. My question is this: How much would I save on an '18 model by waiting until the 2019 model gets released? I know all things are relative and there may be no concrete answer. But is it reasonable to hope to save $5k by waiting? I'm guessing that it would be around October, so I can certainly wait that long.
