Frustrating... was at a Goodyear, asked them to pull codes for my CEL, they did, said it was too generic for them to fix. Had another local guy say the same.  If I was smarter, I would have asked for more details.  My question, can generic “code readers” glean enough information from say a 2015 edge for a novice with internet to figure out what is going on? Is a visit to the dealer “required”?  I went, the 2 codes were P1450 & P2196.
