  1. He works in the New York region so he posts Bulletins he receives... which may or may not affect other regions but a lot of his information is basically nationwide.... especially for Commodity issues concerning Super Duty Trucks considering they are only built in Kentucky or Ohio in the US.... so most of that info comes from the Plant and Ford.... je shared what comes to him usually once a week or so from what I've seen.... there is a thread he made exclusively for that kind of post actually. Also of note, usually what is posted concerns that week... but if it's something ongoing the information will say so... like with the AS. It states none will be scheduled "until further notice" in the Bulletins.... there is also usually information about other models in the scheduling notes too.
  2. Last I has seen they were still only scheduling and building only King Ranch with Adaptive Steering.... although I've been pretty busy the last few weeks admittedly and haven't exactly checked the notes daily. I did take delivery of my F-350 Platinum Order I made on 7/2 on 11/1... I had dropped AS and Bedliner in August and thankfully so.... I'm much happier with the LineX spray on liner and as far as Driving this truck with no AS.... It handles very well and steering is great. But if anybody did know about any issues with Commodities and Scheduling notes it would be @ice-capades he and his posts were one of my main sources of fact checking any other information I had found about these things and at the time of this post originally, with the exception of KR there was no more Lariats, Platinum, nor Limited orders to be scheduled that included AS.... if this has changed.... ice-capades or @akirby are welcome to close commenting in this thread
  3. Yes Sir! Thank You for all your Help, it's Greatly appreciated @cyberdman
  4. Today is the 10th day since it's been built and still hasn't shipped. Hopefully nothing has gone wrong and it ships today or tomorrow. Thanks for the update @cyberdman, I'll check back next week. Enjoy your week Sir.
  5. VIN: 1FT8W3BT1NEC77003 No Sir, I don't know anything different, I guess I didn't realize you could track it through the entire process. Last I seen it was still built and awaiting shipping since 10/08.
  6. My F350 Platinum was built 10/5 and Released 10/8... it still has not shipped either... headed to Houston Texas area so I feel your pain
  7. Thank You @cyberdman I guess that's the last update you'll be able to provide. I'll make sure to post photos of it when I take Delivery. Much appreciated Sir.
  8. VIN# 1FT8W3BT1NEC77003 Checking in with you to see what updates are available on the order. Thank You @cyberdman
  9. That's true... they don't want garbage posts just to make the quota to use the tracker forum post and they are pretty strict and a bit anal about their rules. So stick to them, once you're able to post he usually only answers once a day and in the morning M-F... whatever you do do send him a Private Massage lol
  10. Honestly I haven't tried... I figure that you have to have the truck with you to activate it anyhow... the off chance they have the truck on and I try to do it then some guy at KTP is probably just going to hit "Deny" lol... and again the other 10 times I may or may not do after the 1st one just because it did something the 1st time lol
  11. Window sticker was issued to me 9/24 and sent to plant...Build week of 9/27... went to production 10/5 and technically finished building 10/8.... still waiting for it to he shipped... lol
  12. I was able to add mine to Ford Pass today as well... still hasn't shipped as per the 4 difference trackers I use lol... Delivery ETA date did move up 3 days. Hope yours arrives early
  13. From my understanding they are additional Lubricant in the fuel that aid the CP4 Unit which is a European Design and the Low Sulphur Fuel in the US doesn't adequately lubricate the Fuel Pump especially at low fuel levels. Look into it yourself to find what is best for your situation. I am not an expert and you should consult one for the most accurate information.
  14. No problem... and it's not that long of a wait... considering what a majority of us have been through to go from Unscheduled-Clean to Scheduled lol.... this is definitely a Broken and inefficient system and the lack of communication between Ford and Dealers and the inexperience of these Salespeople and Sales Managers doesn't help... once your truck is Built and QC inspected... it should be released to ship... that's a whole other process lmao.... but once it has shipped talk to your Sales Manager and ask then to check the VVR for shipping Information on your truck... if it's by rail, they can give you rail car # your truck is in and you can call an automated line to track the rail companies rail car #... at least you'll know where the rail car is... from there a transport company will have to get it released to them to tale to your dealer... it's a complicated process and yes, the wait ultimately sucks. Hope yours cokes sooner than later. I'm seeing a lot recently show up a week to ten days early even. Of course, some are showing up late and I feel for thos epoor souls who are forced to wait even longer than they should have to.
  15. Google Ford 6.7L Disaster Prevention Kits... they vary in price depending on Brand... average is somewhere around 400 bucks for the parts... they also work differently they have inline filters on some of them that help trap the particles that make it into the fuel line from the pump, some divert the fuel that lubricates the pump so any particles that do get into the fuel circulates away from the fuel that goes into the fuel line... once the particles build up though they eventually get into the fuel line still from what I've seen in my research of the different ones out there. None are 100%.... it's also beneficial to put additives in each tank to help lubricate the Fuel because the CP4 uses Diesel to lubricate itself... and the lower sulfur content these days lubricates less... so more metal shavings get in the fuel system because of that aspect.... ergo lubricating additives and DPKs.... at least that's what my take it from what I've looked into. I'm no expert by any means... but I've seen information put there saying the in line filters don't filter down enough to keep particles out of the fuel rail and injectors. Another thing is to always make sure you've got at least a 1/4 tank of diesel and not to drop below that level or risk picking up particles and trash... and less lubrication for the pump...
  16. It will come... as I said on another quote, mine was to be built week of 9/27 sent to Plant 9/24.... built on 10/5 which is the following week.... and still not in status as "built" yet because of Bed cover, console safe, and such.... once that is done then it will change in the tracker... be patient as hard as that is to actually be. Your truck is being built... it just may take some extra days. Good luck and hope you hear something sooner rather than later
  17. Mine was to be built the week of 9/27 and didn't see the assembly line until 10/5... be patient... if it was sent over to the plant then your truck will be built, just might be 7 to 10 days and not just a couple lol... I know that's easier said than done though.... it's coming.... give it a few more days.... afterall mine was built in the week after it was supposed to be built.
  18. It's a disaster prevention kit for the CP4 fuel pump in the tank of a Diesel engine. The fuel pump is lubricated by the fuel and there have been issues with them in the past under certain conditions... a DPK helps to lessen or even prevent the damaged caused by a Failed CP4... it's a bit more complicated than that... but thats the jist of it anyhow. And no, you won't have to worry about that with your Gas engine.
  19. I think the wives probably need their own FB Support Group... lol
  20. Same to you Brother, I'm like every other adult child and refreshing and checking multiple trackers day and night just looking for movement like it's Christmas and I'm watching for Santa lol... Good Luck on your build
  21. That usually takes 2 to 6 days or so depending on what your order has and all for the turn around... and I had a buddy just get his order that said 10/13- 10/16 eta... and his showed up at the dealer 10/3 lol... so it is possible... mine has to come from KTP to Houston so I'm sure my dates are probably close... I know the Window sticker says convoy, but most likely will still come rail...
  22. In Production technically.... because it has to go offsite for the Retractable Tonneau Cover and until it gets QC Inspected it won't read as "Built" on the Ford Tracker.... but if you have a Build date on there them it's built... it only takes a few hours at most to build a truck and isk the exact number per day but it's around 70-80 I believe... I could be wrong. That's why I say of yours has a date and it's days ago... then it's done and hasn't been Final Inspected yet. It will say "In Production " from the time it gets "Sent to Plant" which should be the day your Window Sticker is released. The built date will appear under the In Production part of the tracker once its built though.
  23. Oddly enough Both my Salesman and Sales Manager are both out of the office today..... I'm thinking maybe they are on a mini vacation together! Lmao..... but also the Ford Tracker updated today that it was built 10/5 with an ETA of 11/4....
  24. My order for F-350 Platinum has Build week of 9/27, Sent To Plant 9/24, nothing on the tracker... I asked in another forum and a guy looked up the VIN and said it looks like it was sent to production line on 10/3 but no further updates. It's now the 6th and I have no idea what's going on with it still. I did ask my salesman who is not at work today to check the VVR and see if he can find anything... of course that won't happen until tomorrow when he gets back to work. I just hope something didn't happen to the Truck and it was pulled off assembly for some reason. I think this is worse than not being scheduled for months lol... trying to be patient and not worry though. Might be built and just not updated like so many others before me. The trackers have been unreliable for a lot of folks and dead on for others.
