22 350 with 5,500 miles on it. Brakes just started squealing this week and it’s super annoying. Anyone else have this happen to them? I really don’t want to take the wheels off to check it right now

I stumbled upon a paint blemish today when cleaning my truck. I took delivery back in May but didn’t notice it. I’m not sure of the paint process for these trucks but it is under the paint, and there’s a bubble on top of this item. It’s small, less than 1/8” total but I’m worried it’ll pop in the future. It’s located between the driver rear door and the rear window on the pillar. Anyone else see something like this with their new truck? Also, do you think it’ll have to go to the deliver i purchased it from or can I bring it to a dealer closer for them to fix it. Thanks in advance

A few weeks I had a trailering option for my navigation pop up but then went away. I was in the trail period with my new 22 F350. During that time, I only saw the option once and it’s never been there since. Anyway, I got a message today trying to get me to sign up for the connected nav and it mentions the trailering option for F150 owners. Anyone have this option available in their nav subscription? It would be worth purchasing the subscription if that option was available otherwise I’m not going to use the connected nav as I use other means. I wonder why they don’t make it available for the super duty models, the trucks are more likely to have an issue with height/weight compared to the 150.

Picked up my truck today 5/17/22 . Ordered 12/28/21 F350 CCSB 6.7 Lariat Ultimate, Stone Grey

Anyone order a truck that was delivered in the New York, Mass, CT area? Mine went off RA46 and gets sent to Mechanicville, NY for ground transport to the dealer in MA. How long did it take for the truck to arrive? Mine shipped on May 1 and it’s estimated between May 10-16. Seems like it wouldn’t take that long but that’s my- lack of rail transportation knowledge- opinion.

Is that carbonized or stone grey?

I will be getting my new truck next month. F350 CCSB 6.7, coming from a Nissan Titan. I currently use the Andersen WD hitch for my travel trailer with a 4” drop. Anyone else use this set up with your super duty? If so, I was wondering if you use the 4” or 8” drop. I just ordered the 8” drop with the 3” shank and was wondering if that was necessary or not. Just trying to get the things I need ahead of time since we have a few trips planned right around the time I’m taking delivery of the new truck. Obviously I don’t have the truck to take measurements so I was hoping someone here uses the same hitch.

I saw this on FTE and figured I’d post it here too. For those of you who dropped the fifth wheel prep kit from your order, Fairway Ford has an eBay store that has the fifth wheel prep kits in stock. I ordered one. $699 free shipping. I tried to order one from my dealer but they are back ordered and couldn’t submit the order. I know for some, they don’t want to do the install themselves but I plan on doing mine. They have a ton of parts on eBay. Worth checking out. Just wanted to pass the info along if you are looking.

Just an FYI, I pulled fifth wheel prep shortly after started this thread. There was no scheduling for three weeks but I just got scheduled last week for the week of April 24. I’m planning on ordering the kit and whenever it becomes available, I’m going to install it myself. I don’t need it right away, it was more of a nice to have option so I didn’t have to do it later. Hope this helps. Dealer confirmed that all their retail orders with fifth wheel prep have yet to be scheduled including the ones that were placed before mine. Hope this helps!

Same! I ordered 12/27/21 F350 CCSB 6.7 Lariat Ultimate. Im scheduled for the week of 4/25. I had fifth wheel prep but removed it from my order 2 weeks ago, no AS or spray in liner.

They haven’t scheduled any trucks in the past couple of weeks. Any ideas if they might schedule the week of the 7th or if itll be another week of no scheduling?

Looks like no super duty scheduling again for the upcoming week. Supposed to hear from my sales manager early next week. Think I’m going to pull fifth wheel and do it later (don’t need it now). There’s some really good videos on YouTube of people doing it. I have access to a lift and stuff so it shouldn’t be too bad for me but not sure how you’d lift the bed unless you got a lift or some strong buddies to help you out.

Thanks for the replies. I just got off the phone with the dealer. Sales manager was going to pull the fifth wheel prep off my order but saw that ford bumped be up to a priority 2 so he couldn’t change anything. He thinks I’ll get a build date any day now. Fingers crossed, that was a good update.
