So I've been tracking my railcar and it said it was in Walbridge, OH and something about a foreign carrier but I can't quite make out what the recording is saying. My sticker says CONVOY - does that mean it's been offloaded for a truck to pick it up to bring it to the dealer or it is going on another rail company now like CN or CP Rail?

My truck has shifted to In Production and a window sticker has been generated! I have no idea what my build date is, but I'm cautiously optimistic I may see this truck by the end of May when I absolutely need it! Ordered 11/11/21 F250 CC 7.3L Lariat

I got it to work earlier this week, but now it keeps telling me my VIN is not valid. Anyone else getting this error too? https://shop.ford.ca/vehicleordertracking

Customer service responded and said it was build week. Dealer says build date. Haha, no idea who’s right. Guess we’ll see.

Okay, thanks. Just weird because when build weeks are assigned, it always seem to be starting with Mondays, not Sundays.

Ford customer service sent me this email this morning: First let me say congratulations on your order and thank you for choosing Ford of Canada. I have looked up your order, and it is currently scheduled to start being built on 3/20/22, and currently no ETA available. Does that mean my build date is Mar 20 or are they referring to build week (which was March 21 and got upped to March 14.) Are they working 7 days a week?

Ordered an F250 Lariat on Nov 11/21 and am scheduled for March 14! Woo! Fingers crossed it arrives by June.

I’ve been told we don’t get emails for Canadian orders. My dealer gave me the VIN a couple days ago.

I tried doing a search but couldn't find the info. Are there any Canadian tracking sites? I tried the US one, but it says it cannot track Canadian orders.

Ordered 11/11/21 - not a word yet. Still unscheduled clean according to cyberdman as of last week. F250 Lariat, SC, 4x4, 7.3L - dropped spray-in liner a month ago. Really hoping it's in our driveway by June - getting kind of nervous. Emailed the dealer yesterday morning for an update and asked to bump the priority code, no response yet. We try to email him once a month for an update.
