  1. In Florida we can go 28% on the front and 15% on the back. Every vehicle I’ve owned gets the 15% over the existing factory tint and I get 15 on the front. Any darker and it makes it too difficult to see at night. Because I’m getting Agate black, I want to black out the whole rig. I’m probably going to also get the clear film for the front windshield. It’s adding up fast $$$
  2. @Dog breath I get your frustration, but I felt I had no other option but to order from a different dealership because the first was completely incompetent. However, I did request they cancel my order after I placed my second. Now whether they actually did is out of my control. I’m probably wrong, but I assumed that was the purpose of the COVP, so multiple orders couldn’t be placed at different locations.
  3. You are so right! I’ve already ordered the wheels and tires. Now I’m ordering the raptor grill lights and the screen protector. Then after she arrives gotta get the windows tinted. Debating about getting the illuminated front oval. I’ve never loved spending my hard earned money so much
  4. It’s only 4 inches… but wait, there’s more! 37s are also going to increase the height. Maybe leave that part out ?
  5. @Gharri30 and @MT350 I literally could not decide on the 4” BDS or the leveling kit for the longest time… honestly I’m still not too confident in my current decision. But what I decided to do is start small and go bigger down the road instead of vice versa. I’m going to go with a 2.5” leveling kit with 35s on a 20x10 wheel with -18 offset. I’m sure I’ll be happy with that, and when it’s time to replace the tires I’ll reconsider going higher if the missus has no issues getting in. Such difficult decisions we have to make
  6. Stay the course. I’m confident she’ll be built soon with your current options
  7. I don’t disagree with @HarryTaint but I can tell you that it could reasonably be any given item at any given time that is delaying the builds. I personally have the BAP which does include the spray-in and I was scheduled within 9 days of placing my order. Now it’s been pushed back and moved up then pushed back a handful of times, but I’m not complaining because I at least have a VIN.
  8. Just for shits and grins you should go to the dealership, try to locate a different sales rep and inquire about the SD for sale on their lot. See how far you can go with it! That’s BS!!!
  9. @Gharri30 those are pretty sweet! If I decide to go with a 4” lift, I may have to look into those
  10. Add me to the list of Friday night emails: got pushed to 3/14 from 3/7. I’m still not complaining… yet
  11. I hear ya… just wanted to help you make your decision.
  12. My girlfriend thinks I have a problem as well. Every day she asks, “Did you talk to your friends today?” meaning all of you on here and FTE. It took me a long time to narrow it down to just the Moto Metal Shockwave. I don’t hate the XD Whiplash, either! I’m either going with the Toyo Open Country MT or the Nitto Ridge Grapplers. With everything going on in the world, this isn’t a bad problem to have. Back to the drawing board
  13. I have the BAP and was scheduled 9 days after placing my order
  14. Well just like our builds, the wheels I wanted are on back order for months! Remember the good ole days when we could just order something - damn near anything - and it would be here in no time? Yeah, me either! But I digress. It just gives me a little more time to save up… and change my mind 10 more times ?
  15. It’ll be a minute before I get my tonneau cover, but the one I’m planning on purchasing wouldn’t prevent opening the tailgate. I went to the Jimmi Jammer website and they have quite a selection of anti-theft products, but locating an authorized dealer is a PITA. In my profession you would think I would have heard of these types of thefts, but I haven’t at all. Now catalytic converters, that’s an entirely different story!
  16. In the FTE forum, it was recommended I purchase the Jimmi Jammer taillight and tailgate screws. I had no idea those were hot commodities for theft
  17. The way those tires fill out the wheel well, I’m guessing 37s? If so, how much trimming has to be done? I can’t decide on 35s so there’s no trimming, or 37s that look more aggressive with maybe a little trimming.
  18. Hell yeah! What size lift and tires? Congratulations
  19. Kept the BAP Toyo Open Country MT 35X12.50/20 Black Moto Metal Shockwave 20X10 -18 2.5” leveling kit Retractable tonneau cover Raptor grill lights
