  1. Mine left on the 12th and arrived on the north side of Houston (Spring) on 16th. That is where the CSX tracker stopped working. It took several more days for it to make it across town to the south side (Pearland) on the train, then offload, inspect, inventory, and travel via trailer to the dealer. Finally arrived on the 22nd at dealer. Took 2 more days to clean and install bed liner (it was covered in grease and oil spots from the train ride). Tool delivery on the 24th. Hope this helps.
  2. The wait is finally over. F350 Lariat Tremor 7.3 and 4.30
  3. I also got a sneak peek at mine today. It’s going for a bed liner. Hope to take delivery this weekend. Agree with @CGrabb, I won’t miss the daily checks, but will likely continue to monitor this forum.
  4. @ice-capades I don’t think you get enough credit for all of the valuable information you provide to all of us on this forum. Thank you! My truck arrived at the rail yard but I’m still waiting delivery to the dealership. Today I was able to lock in my sales price. I was patient and calm, but persistent. I am fortunate to have the X-plan, but the dealer only wanted to give the X- plan price on the increased window sticker price. I calmly discussed how I understood the price protection process worked, and finally ended up with a sales price nearly the same as the invoice price at the time of order. If I hadn't learn what I did on this forum, I likely would have paid several thousand more. Additionally, I stopped in see the salesperson about every 2 weeks (after I was scheduled for build) just to shoot the breeze and build a bit of a relationship…..not everyone has this opportunity, but I found it valuable. Hopefully I will be able to share a photo soon. Wishing good news to everyone else waiting, whatever your status is.
  5. Not to be negative, but it it could take a while to get loaded. Mine was built 21 July but didn’t get loaded on a rail car until 10 Sept. Good luck, hope yours moves a quicker than mine did.
  6. Updating for those who have been fortunate enough to have started the shipping/transportation process. I was able to track the rail car across CSX, UP, and BNSF tracks/rail yards. The train journey was actually pretty quick to the Houston metro area. It remains to be seen how long it will take for road transportation to the dealer and dealer prep.
  7. Question on tracking rail cars. As I understand, CSX does not operate in Southeast Texas. Can I still track the rail car all the way to the destination with the CSX number even if a different carrier is transporting?
  8. Finally shipped on 10 Sept, it shows built 21 July. Hoping for minimal delays with shipping. Wishing everyone else some good news this week.
  9. My new ship dates are 13-18 September (to the Houston metro area). What did you get for ship dates?
  10. My truck was built 21 July and is still waiting to ship. When I login to Ford to view the status, the window sticker is no longer available. Anyone else experience this?
  11. I've been following you, not sure how you are keeping it together, there is not enough whiskey for me to go through what you are going through . ?
  12. It was built 21 July, now I’m one the lucky ones to join the delayed delivery crew. ?
  13. My sales person hasn’t contacted me since my order 14 Feb. Truck went into production just before the summer break and ended up being built 21 July. I went to the dealership and learned my salesperson had a major medical emergency and was in a coma for some time, but has since made a full recovery. This won’t be the same experience for everyone, but before we speak ill of our salespeople, remember they are human beings too. Some may be sleazy, but some are good people too.
