  1. Picked up my truck tonight F-250 Lariat. Crew cab, BAP. Atlas Blue. ordered Nov 11, 2021 delivered June 19, 2022 picked up June 22, 2022 Beyond happy with it.
  2. My truck: F250 Lariat crew cab BAP, FX4 , arrived at the dealer yesterday. 11 days before the earlier estimated date on the Ford Tracker (once it shipped). We get to pick her up tomorrow! I will post photos.

  4. Just to update the above, tracker changed to “shipped” today! Estimated arrival June 29th to July 5th.

  6. I don’t think so. That’s the massaging seat right? We got a bench seat in the front because we have to fit 6 passengers.
  7. My truck was built May 24th and is still awaiting to be shipped. The tracking website says the truck would be shipped in a few days to one week. Now it’s been 2 weeks. Window sticker says shipping via convoy. Is this typical lately? Original ordered November 11th so this has been a long wait. Can people let me know how long their truck took to ship once built? Thanks.
  8. I was schedule for week of May 16th (not sure of day) and when I checked the Ford website tracker Friday May 13th it already was showing as “in production”. Window sticker was available Sunday. I’m so relieved it was not bumped back at all. Hoping it doesn’t get too delayed in the production phase and ships quickly. Fingers crossed for a truck mid to late June.
  9. While killing time eagerly awaiting my truck to enter production, I was looking through the info about my ordered truck on the Ford tracking site. I noticed that the “Tremor w/ black package” is listed under Packages. I didn’t order the Tremor Package. I did order the off-road package to get the skid plates and better suspension and the black appearance package. Does anyone know why it would be listed like that? When I look at the trucks body, it clearly says FX4 not Tremor.

  11. I’d say should be soon. I just got scheduled on Friday April 22nd for a build week of May 16th. Confirmed order date Nov. 13th, 2021. I also ordered a Lariat BAP. Seems like they are starting to schedule a lot of Lariat BAPs now. People were taking off the BAP because it may have been holding things up but never something I would consider.
  12. That is the most terrible customer service I’ve ever heard of. The owner or manager of the dealership isn’t doing anything to make it right for you? If it is their error they should be moving mountains for you. It sounds like a big dealership if they have 180 Super duty orders. if it wasn’t a covp was it then a dealer stock order? I also heard nothing from my dealer (or Ford) since I don’t get those emails (maybe it’s a Canada thing), until my sales rep told me I had a VIN and was scheduled. So I could have been in your shoes with the dealer having messed up and wouldn’t have been none the wiser. It’s stupid to have to double check on your dealers work. my heart goes out to you.
  13. It’s the worst feeling when the low ball your trade in. I’ve had it done to me a few times now. It does seem like they try to make the set amount of profit they have in mind, one way or the other. I shopped between the 2 Ford dealers in my town. I initially went where my Dad has bought a few Fords, they are smaller and staffed by some older guys. The sales guy we got tried his best to be helpful but really was slow on the computer making our build. Then I went to the larger flashier Ford dealer in town because they had some F-150s in stock and I was undecided if I needed the 250 or not. The sales reps there were young and confident. Fast with the builds and seemed knowledgeable. When I decided to buy they wouldn’t budge from MRSP.. I’m a first responder in our town and asked for a least a small discount but they said nope, and totally screwed me on the trade in. $1000 lower than the KBB range. So I went back to the small, old Ford dealer and they gave me $1000 off MRSP for being a first responder and the top KBB range for my trade-in. My sales rep and his manager may not be good at replying to emails or fast with the computer but they seem to be ethical and cultivate loyalty, which matters more to me in the end. you wouldn’t know it by how much I complain on here about a lack of emails though.
  14. I’m in shock but I just got an email from my sales rep with the VIN and that my truck has been scheduled for week of May 16th. Maybe complaints to Ford customer experience did help? it’s a strange coincidence no? Ordered November 13, 2021 F-250 CCSB Lariat 7.3 L V8 BAP
  15. I ordered the same truck. I’m not willing to drop the BAP or anything in my truck really, so I will wait. But your wait time is ridiculous. maybe they will schedule a bunch of BAP Lariat ultimate package together, real soon.

  17. I totally agree with you. I got a reply back from Ford Customer service. No help. They said “talk to your sales rep. They are in the best position to give you up to date info about your order” They only said my order was “Processing”. My sales rep says they will let me know when there is a VIN and that I don’t have to keep emailing them. I would like a more proactive communication strategy. I would love to ask about priority code or how many are a head of me or what their allotment is but I think it will only anger them. This guys responses are so short, literally half a sentence. Im debating asking for the vehicle visibility report emailed to me weekly. That’s what I would like. But agree with you, that it feels like info they don’t want us to have, like proprietary info.

  19. Hi everyone! I ordered a F-250 CCSB 7.3. L V8 10-speed, Lariat, black out package November 11,2021 in Ontario. At time of purchase, my dealer said expect it in April but could be delayed. I’ve emailed each month since February. Every email is half a sentence long. “no info”. Now that I’m better educated, I want to know details. Like is it unscheduled- clean? What is the priority code? I asked him for the order number, which I did get, but it’s like pulling teeth. I want to ask for weekly emails or screen shots of the vehicle visibility report but don’t want to anger my salesperson either. So today I Facebook messaged Ford Canada. They are escalating it to the Ford Regional Customer experience specialist (CXS) who will work with my dealership to hopefully move things along. I’m hoping to get a Ford regional priority code (like a 2). cannot wait to get my hands on this baby. I’ve already had to cancel some trips for May because I need this truck to haul my trailer. I don’t want to have to cancel the entire summer season. Thanks to everyone here that posts! I’ve learned so much for all of you.
  20. I recently found this forum and reading everything about production delays or any info Super Duty related. After much research, ordered a F-250 CCSB 7.3 L V8 Lariat BOP, Atlas blue on November 11, 2021. No info from dealer. Just tried escalating with Ford’s Facebook messenger person and he said he’d get Ford CXS (Customer experience specialist) to contact me within 2 business days. Hoping Ford can work with my dealer to prioritize my truck with regional manager. I’ve learned so much from all you guys, Thanks.
