Hello, can someone please confirm what documentation a dealer must submit to Ford in order to make sure they receive the kickback from Ford on price protection? My dealer is concerned they will not receive the kickback from Ford on my Raptor. Is there a set of forms that must be submitted? I am the original orderer/retail buyer from October. My order should obviously be price protected but my dealer is confused on this process.
