I Have a f450 After having number of 350s said I would never go back because of wide track steering almost forgot why I loved f450 my buddy has a ram and the interior is awesome if I leaned to something it would be ram but why should I spend around 110,000 on something I really don’t want most likely if I bale from my order I just will keep my 2016 f450 it has only 42000 miles don’t like how ford and dealers make this purchase the worst experience ever

?? 9 month anniversary still not scheduled f450 platinum with extras still say clean build dealer knows less then me or they just don’t want to tell me ? pretty much gave up on trying to push for answers they never told me about delete of seat massage any more bad news I’ll just give up on ford/dealer( ford says it’s dealers fault ?)

Yah Ford not handling issues with orders correctly wait they will blame dealers not handling it right

So no lumber adjustment? if I change my order from Aug 2021 to a 23 model price has gone up more then a 3000$ credit(if not more) from my price protection date only winner FORD? almost 9month since order

Worse ordering experience ever not to exited to get truck now (300$) credit for seats now WOW ordered other cars and trucks and they kept you better involved it seems like ford really has to many customers and don’t care if they don’t keep them happy or lose them they blame it on dealers never there fault Just a rant ?

Yep i am really thinking of canceling my 100000$+ order and not buy any new f450 ill keep the 2016 with 42000mile then ford what’s your thinking

Great after waiting 9monrhs + still not scheduled i won’t get the truck I ordered Over 100000$ and they take out motions seats ford should make it right some how 300$ credit really boy they don’t want return customers ?

Next week will be my 9 month anniversary ?? also congratulations wait it’s ???? still not scheduled

I second that i completely agree ford should get there head out of there a?? Ford should see they have some pissed off customers If the dealers don’t know what there doing they should step in for sake of the buyer aug 27 confirmed order no schedule

Hope I get my truck before 23 cant believe how short of wait some are getting all options on truck are what I have just that they are on multiple trucks being made aug 27 2021 ordered ?

I have to admit I do feel mad at ford/dealership that other people are being schedule before me while I have been waiting in line since Aug 27 ford losing my respect

They still did not answer my questions i have bought over the years at this dealer because great price and service(salesman I used on all retired last year before I ordered f450 ) 3- f150 1- f350 1-f450 (holding on till new replacement) 1-ranger 1-saleen (still have since I was 21) 1- svt cobra 1-gt350r ( a keeper also) 1-sho I thought they would tell me less bs( I believe management has changed also) recalling All this makes me fell old ?

This is what my dealer sent me after I dropped by there Hi David, Its Andrew We have your priority level set at a 10, which is the lowest a dealer can set it Lee our inventory manager has reached out to every Ford contact available to him to check on your order and others, there is nothing else we can do at this time Our Fleet manager has had orders placed before yours take a year or longer right now due to the parts and inventory shortages. I will continue to keep you updated, but at this point we still have not received any new information seems like bs at least I have this forum to vent some

Was driving by dealer so I stopped and try to get some better answers Manager to busy to meet me but sent out a paper that says order status(in order processing) and (unscheduled clean) aug 26-2021 then sales man came out he could not confirm priority 10 or where in line or what regional manager is saying He just says that there lots of cars/vans/trucks still waiting just as long as me I told him to find out where in line Iam at and to ask regional manager to lower priority will see when he calls me ?

At least it looks like you are going to get your 450 my f450 platinum order confirmed Aug 27 priority 10 still crickets No vin or schedule yet dealer does not know much more then I do It’s a west coast dealer been reading this forum for last 6 months you learn alot thanks

Almost 9 months since order I would love to look at interest rates I hope I get my truck before 1 year mark i have ordered all types of cars and trucks and have had better communications from manufacture I see other F-450 platinums getting scheduled before me no logic to it

Fyi order confirmed 8/26 for f450 platinum rapid red with some add on to replace ruby red f450 2016 dealer not much help either but have been checking this site for 6 months now hoping to get email for production one day lucky I did not sell old truck yet otherwise camping would be canceled
