I got lucky they sent my f450 directly to train with Missi g parts on truck had not fender badges no front inner fenders no rubber floor matts No front mud flaps installed its been 4 weeks since I picked up and still no floor matts ? no inner fenders they did install badges ,and front mud flaps seems like I have to keep calling also waiting on check(2000$) that I over payied when they screwed up cost? said it would take 2 weeks to get back(nope it’s been 4 now) hers pic

My truck got sent from factory right away to train then convoy in California took about 3 weeks when I got it last week after 460 days Dealer made purchase not great plus truck not cleaned very well with sticky residue in a bunch of areas that I could not just wash off plus found door ding and chip on fender also homelink no power Missing I had to tell them front wheel liners side emblems floormatts camera package/trailer front mudflaps just wish I did not feel like Iam a pain to dealer as they seem annoyed

Well great to late for me They said they could only give me rate what’s current? so I just paid it off also they almost tried to not use my price protection but I had to say no way they used a confusing way of getting my total price also adding 10000 from new invoice then subtracting it with price protection boy not the best experience on this purchase can’t believe roller coaster ride is over good luck everyone

460 days from conformation I just received its at dealer and Iam on way ford system is broken when other with exact order 6 months less wait then i also mine just got built end of oct and got all the way to California before others waiting on there built trucks(chips missing?) my truck is a f450 platinum with extras never took off items this site has helped better then ford or dealer ever did Have ordered many vehicles from ford might not again with there bad communication

I imagine they could limit how many can pickup at factory Not everyone wants to pickup They do makes some money making the most popular vehicles that they could

Every 5 years I pickup a new volvo at the plant in sweden they give 2 free business class ticket to fly there and drive through Europe then give back to them to ship with other new Volvos 6-8 weeks later I get it back at home they seem to do it great

Order track keeps changing time in status restarting my wait time while in transit what does that mean ?

Yes ford needs to get trucks to customers mine sitting at gateway yard for a train I believe and pushed another month and they don’t communicate what’s going on either?

Just found out my truck is at gateway yard Illinois for the last couple weeks custermer service just said new date of delivery is dec11 thats exactly a month later then what ford emailed me before What does the truck do there just wait for a train?

Never good when ford does not give you updates Ford selling all trucks being produced so they don’t care to change there ways ford blames dealer dealer blames ford and in my case ford blames convoy service for it not being delivered to dealer

Just talked to ford customer service to check on my order to double check status it was supposed to be delivered this week to my dealer It’s been in transit for 3 weeks custermer service said it’s at a junction in Illinois ? does that mean I won’t get truck for awhile? They said no chip hold on it ford is very disappointing oct 2021 was ordered

1 email every 6 months Is a little long Dealer can only say what’s on there vehicle report says same thing for 12 months If they have parts shortage they could contact customers better keep them informed and possible tell them they have not forgot about them and you be in front of next years line even if you don’t put your order in again on oct 27

I am not ordering a 23 because I have been waiting 14 months so far from my 22 order I still hope I get mine before 23 arrives very bad system they have in communication they just handle it terrible (dealer and ford) 12 th ford might be last good luck 23s

So when it says it’s shipped it might be still waiting at plant to get picked up i have a delivery date 11/7 to Southern California I might not get it this year? 428 days waiting for truck so far

I don’t understand there process why some get stuck waiting for parts and some don’t mine just changed to built then day later it has shipped My build is a platinum with all the extras and I never took off items to get it early will see if I’ll get it as per email nov7-13 to dealer that would be 15 months since my order confirmed?

No email from ford but I went to tracking and it says built and awaiting shipping when do they usually send email it’s built or just when it get shipped

Iam supposed to be built this week but have doubts do I need to make a new order next week when they open orders to be safe dealer is useless

I got window sticker week ago and it said on ford track in production a week ago also 10/07 was build week after getting pushed 3 times

How long after it says it’s in production till I get modules or it says built its been 7 days so far

Looks like less people on this topic now that 22s are almost done or they have received there trucks or gave up iam hopping before 23 that I receive my 22 ?

I got same one and its good till Jan 3 my f450 platinum just starting being built monday hope I get it before it expires
