I went into dealer and showed them 9 window stickers built just before mine, same day, and week after that all had FX4/3.55 SRW diesel. They blamed restrictions. I asked how can another truck be build same day as mine and have the 3.55, they said maybe 3.55 wasn't available the exact moment mine was built, but earlier or later in the day they had the 3.55 for those other trucks built at that moment... WTF!!!! I asked if they can talk to Zone manager, or if I can call a 800 number, they said it's too late nothing can change it. They offered Xplan again for 2024... So I call Ford Customer service, they give me a claim #, then they called my dealer to make them file a misbuild... I haven't talked to the dealer since Ford had them file a misbuild... Customer service was confused why my dealer didn't file a misbuild the moment we found out the window sticker didn't match the DORA @ice-capades @akirby my question is..... If this misbuild claim goes through, assuming my dealer somehow screwed up the order, would the claim force my dealer to install the 3.55 when my truck arrives (in about 3 weeks), or can the dealer refuse to do so for me?? And would Ford reimburse my dealer for installing the 3.55 or does my dealer have to pay 100% One more question, can Ford then give me a new door jam sticker and window sticker to show the 3J code (3.55 axel) instead of it showing 3H (3.31 axel), or would I be stuck with the wrong codes

I understand that. I also know Build and Price is wrong a lot of the times I have seen window stickers w/FX4 and 3.55 SRW. So I know the combo is able to be added

Talked to dealer today, he said 3.55 isn't available with FX4, that's why my window sticker has 3.31 with FX4. It sucks since 3.55 was added when job 2 opened and after a brief glitch in Fords computers FX4 was able to be added to 3.55 on DORA. But now on my window sticker it is 3.31 Has anyone on here ordered an FX4 SRW with 3.55? If so can you post your window sticker. I want to see if my dealer made an honest mistake or if the KTP did.

Got my window sticker for my CCLB today. To my horror the window sticker has 3.31 instead of 3.55. My DORA shows 3.55. I am going to get a hold of my dealer. It said in production as of yesterday. I assume I am out of luck? Any way Ford could put me a priority under 10 since they messed up the order and make it right or will I have to order a 2024? I am not taking it if it doesn't come with what I ordered. @ice-capades @akirby do you know how a situation like this would be handled?

is this a Non Ultimate? If so did you order Tow Tech? I ordered Non Ultimate CCLB BAP with Tow Tech, and am hoping it comes with ACC. I’ve heard mixed results online. Updated order guide says it comes with ACC and Hitch Assist, which is why the Tow Tech package increased for job 2

That’s a Lariat Ultimate. You can tell by the sensors on the front bumpers. Tailgate down cameras are only available KR, Platinum, and Limited

I believe that’s because ultimate has power running boards in the package, and sport has the fixed boards in package. So you will get fixed boards and they discount $550. Funny last year they were like 1k for power running boards but only discounted you half.

I’ve been wondering the same thing. I didn’t add on board scales but I have thought about adding them in hopes it could maybe get me full LED

the whole thing is confusing. I am just assuming only the reverse portion is LED. I’ll keep checking on the forums on YouTube to look at Lariats being delivered.

Yeah that sucks. I’ll be prepared for the same if my Lariat ever arrives @ice-capades @akirby I’m not sure if they have commented on the issue? If order guide says LED, is Ford obligated to give credit back or to replace with LED when they get more in?

Tail lights Halogen, but are the reverse lights are LED?? I wish they were both LED. Ford should have worded it better. Many people are upset about this.

Mine is a non Iltimate (I wanted the 40/20/40 seats) and I was hit the the increase lol.

yeah my Tow Tech package price changed as well. It will come with Hitch Assist. Not sure how good that feature will be since the backup camera does a pretty good job.
