  1. I had got over 19mpg driving over 900 miles home after picking up my Super Duty, very impressed. I'll post a picture of that and current mpg pulling a trailer. Been very satisfied with everything about this truck, many many thanks to the guys in Louisville who put this all together, first class job.
  2. Arrived at dealer today, flying to Houston Tuesday to pick it up. A few days short of a year from order date. Best to everyone, and thanks to all for information, it's been real.
  3. would you mind offering who your dealer is/was? my truck's dates pretty well mirror your, including shipping, last known location was the Westfield yard, destination Mac Haik Ford
  4. My 17 came with Goodyears, my 15 and 11 both had Michelins. I would prefer Michelins, but the Bridgestone would be preferred over the Goodyears. I'll have a look at the Bridgestone, hope they're comparable to the Firestone Wilderness A/T's, which I felt were the best tire I've ever owned for doing everything. I had looked at putting them on my 17, but saw at the time they were mfg'd in Mexico, so I went with Michelin
  5. ordered the 275/70 18 bsw A/T tires and wondered what mfg. ford was using for this size? The picture of the truck had the tires mfg. name hidden, hopefully Michelin, but doubtful
  6. first of all I don't live on this forum or any forum for that matter What’s wrong with 40,000 posts of helping fellow enthusiasts? nothing is wrong with it, just not my thing, and I'm not certain how you think you helped me or anyone else in my situation. No need to respond, I don't really care what you think, certain that I'm not alone
  7. "How could you not be aware of parts and shipping delays that have been happening for the last two years?" let me break down for you, first of all I don't live on this forum or any forum for that matter, some do with over 40,000 posts. Second my truck was ordered early 2/22 and I was kept informed about it's progress and delays, which were accurate. So when told that my truck was built and would be shipped within days to a week, I believed it. With, as you put it, Ford having full knowledge of possible long delays would they even offer a estimated delivery date? Which by the way was mid September. 40,000 posts? are you real? get a life
  8. so what's your point? All I want/wanted was to be told the truth. I am confident that is not asking too much, and don't appreciate nor care when someone comes on here telling people that it's not Ford's fault for miscommunication. I was told a delivery window and acted accordingly, without thought that this was not accurate. A simple correspondence stating that we will notify you when your order ships would have sufficed. I didn't discover delivery discrepancies until after the fact, and after I had sold my previous truck.
  9. that's the fastest build to shipping that I've heard of
  10. sure hope that she is working to resolve issues with delivery, and I would think that Ford would have people to be customer advocates, I'm hopeful
  11. must be a form letter, as I received the same exact letter from "Cori" on Dec 13
  12. How or where would I find the "informed consumer" info to be prepared in the event my dealer doesn't honor our agreement? Thanks
