While this is a great concept, since minimum wage is going up I think the 20% over lifetime of contract should be higher.

I feel as is our breaks should be 6 minutes on the hour.
Super Saturday/Sunday should be scheduled by noon on Wednesday, if cancelled we hould be compensated.
When labor messes up on our pay they should be held accountable.
