BEYOND MAD Posted May 23, 2007 Share Posted May 23, 2007 This is the 2nd time I am replacing fuel tanks in my 2002 E350 due to a rusty sludge in the tank. I only put diesel in the tank,no biofuel. My warranty is 12 months or 12000 miles. I am 400 miles over the 12k miles but within my year. Do I have any recourse?
