kenkillsr
I have a 2005 E350SD Converted to a Sportsmobile RB15 motorhome. It is used primarily to tow my 30' TT. I checked the Door label which says My differential is a C2. Which differential and what ratio is that?
Ron W.
A Ford dealer parts dept. should be able to answer that, if they say they can't (depends on which cataloging system they have) look at the metal tag(s) on the rear differential cover. Bottom left as you're reading it will have a number like 3 73 or 3L73 ( picked a ratio at random) if it has a L it's a limited slip. The tag will also give ring gear diameter such as 11.25/9.75, and while your down there write down all the numbers ...one will be the axle code which Ford parts will need in case you need to have a rear axle part looked up. Keep this info in your owners manual. If there is a second tag it will tell you which fluid Ford calls for.
