The 5.4 engine has a date of 11/28/07 Windsor, Ontario ,on the Valve cover sticker. The Gas cap Door has a date of 11/20/07 The drivers door stated production 11/07 . I was wondering if the engine was one, with the newly designed heads, to not worry about the spark plug issue . My Vin # 1FTPX14528fa90606. Could someone let me know the production date of the truck. kenp77 Posted March 5, 2008 Share Posted March 5, 2008 U should be fine if memory serves me the rolling change for the heads and plugs was 10/7/07 everything built after that date is good to go??? If u really need to know pull one of the front ones that is easy to get at it should be a conventional looking plug that can be re-gapped and it is not a long reach plug.
