All you have to do is to look at today’s news clips to see this type of speculation in play. Please know that our commitment to honest, open and immediate communications with employees remains unchanged. As I have mentioned before, we plan to tell the Ford team first about the steps we will take to return our North America business to profitability. While we cannot stop others from speculating, we have consistently said for several weeks that we plan to announce details of our Way Forward plan in January. That has not changed. Our overall plan is not final, and any speculation about what might or might not be in it is just that – pure speculation. We are not commenting on speculation with the press or others. Again, we know this is a period of uncertainty for the family of Ford employees in North America.
