My local dealership called yesterday to let me know that they had two in stock for me to take a look at. I decided to go with that color and placed my order today. In fact, my salesperson let me know that a rebate offer on the Mariner had just started today and runs until the end of September. It's not much ($500 or 5.9% interest rate for 60 months), but it's better than nothing. He also said that I would get at least that offer, but if a better one comes available before my vehicle arrives we could use it instead. I wasn't expecting any incentives so soon, so I got a pleasant surprise. I'm not sure which Mariners' it covers; I ordered a Mariner V6 FWD.
