The leadership is on their way out. Sounds like they need to get rid of alot of 30 yrs. old f*cks. But, then again, it's the people in the plant that voted these dumbass in. Now days you really need to look down the road (timewise) at how someone can represent you better. Someone with appox. 15 -20 yrs. senority is going to care about you down the road in the long term. Someone with 30 yrs. isn't going to care except for his own personal situtation. :slap: Just from now on choose wisely what you want.
