2007 Mustang Data Tag Question

I have a question about the blue data tag inside the drivers door, at the bottom of the sticker is a series of number that begins with 1 then YYYYMMDDXXXX. I know the digits 2 - 9 is the cars build date but I am wondering if anyone knows what the last 4 digits of the number mean.

I know on our product it's the time to the closest half hour that the car left the production line. Could be the same. We call it MDH. Month, Day, Hour.

I was told the last 4 digits could be the Plant rotation number. Could someone help with this, my last 6 of my VIN for my 2007 GT/CS is 229344 and the rotation number that I found was 8382. Is there any way to tell what number my Mustang was for the 2007 model year?
