I put 2 extra leafs on each rear spring on my 09 F550 and it brought the rear up 3" While making the rear springs more capable. I would think you can add the factory 7,000# front coils with the 2" leveling spacers and get 3" all around very easy. I'd like to lower my front from where it is now about 2".
