Brother Solidarity Posted April 19, 2009 Share Posted April 19, 2009 I got my sub today but it seems to be low. I only took home 448.49 from sub and 224.00 from unemployment. Are these numbers right? I got 451 from sub and 228 from unemployment...That does not equal 95% if you ask me...wait I'm an idiot...taxes...does our vehicle payment come out of SUB check too? Your sub is based on your net pay not your gross, so if you have payroll deduct for loans this is taken off the top and is not figured as net pay giving you a lower sub. Brother Solidarity Posted April 20, 2009 Author Share Posted April 20, 2009 Thanks for the feedback! My unemplayment was low because I work c crew and have to claim Sun as pay. I take home $800 every week after taxes and now I'm taking home 672 a week after taxes on TLO. This is NOT 95% of my pay if you ask me. The sub breakdown in the contract has been revised, the $35 dollar service fee is no longer and we should be recieving a little more in our sub checks. This is just not adding up!!
