Update my gas mileage is going down, my wife blames me for setting in the driveway with it running playing with all the toys it has, and parking our other cars on the road showing all the neighbors how cool the park assist is, I tell her I'm working on next years profit sharing! KCAP has been trough the right to follow your work when Ohio lost the Mariner to KC. The percentage of production that came to KC made up about 30% of the SUV side total production and allowed 30% of it's workforce to follow without KCAP needing to increase manpower. These folks had the right to follow their work but many of these folks never made it to the SUV side but came straight to the Truck side since the SUV side was already over manpower then leaving the Truck side over manpower, that is why we had so many low seniority people take buyouts because we all knew Fords next step would be mass layoffs and that goes by seniority and once SUB and recall rights ran out you was done.

I wish people would figure it out, Ford and the UAW give us a set of guide lines to follow, it's simple just follow it, if the job gets done great, if it doesn't well they will have to figure out how to fix it, they cant burn you for following the safety rules that they made and many that OSHA made that they have to follow. Myself I drive a hi-lo at KCAP and I see coworkers carry illegal loads all the time just for the sake of not having late line feeds or in a hurry to get out a few minutes early, in the last 6 months we've had 2 lose loads because they were to high both got disqualified and 30 days DLO naturally they do have the right to grieve and at this time they have all been denied and now will go to a umpire ruling which will most likely be denied as well. Wake up people it's safety, not just mine or yours but everyones. Everyone has the right to walk out of work at the end of the day, just like they walked in.

I would like to thank everyone at DTP in their effort to keep kevpilot in the loop on the status of his truck, he had PM me that he was having a truck built and would have loved to watch it being built, once he had the VIN I told him that you all would be building his truck, and told him to post the VIN on the employee forum and that you guys would take care of him, so thanks again to all involved in making this happen, in the end no matter what plant were from we all have the same goal costumer satisfaction.
