  1. According to a source at Ford Motor Company last week, small amounts of radiation was detected on some F-150 engine parts at the KCMO plant. When they tested some of the engine parts they said the tests came back negative for any radiation but then there was a plant meeting and they decided to place the parts on hold and quarantine them outside in a special warehouse away from workers. (If there wasn't anything wrong with the parts why did they put them outside?) Some workers also walked out of the plant citing that they were told the levels were existent but not harmful enough to do damage to anyone. Some workers walked out and went home some stayed. Those workers that walked out were called back the next day and were told that everything was OK and that there wasn't anything to be worried about. Some workers were offered to wear masks while on the job and they were also told to stay at their stations and if anyone else walks out that they would be written up for walking off the job and stopping production. I think the UAW now should give out Geiger Counters and Iodine tablets this summer when they bring water for everyone to drink, then again we don't even know what's in the watter in some of these plants. Bottle it boys!.

I refer to many plants, cause I've been at many plants, and I also make sure I know my surroundings wherever I work unlike you that only knows where the men's restroom is being that you hide out in there D'ICK.. I mean Nick. ahahhaahahahahahahahahaha can someone else laugh at DTP nick for me, I wanna get the whole room laughing at him.. kinda like the little kids did to him in school!.
  4. JC is not buying Saline.. it will never happen... JC doesn't want Saline. they don't want any of the other ACH plants either. Ford is not selling anymore ACH plants, they are all making money now with the temps, why would you sell something that makes you 10 times more profit then it did 15 years ago!.??? not gonna happen!. Business 101. overhead+production+wages-sales+15% or more profit per year="PLANT STAYS".

You should be asking where the hell your money is for the last 6 years you gave up to the company!. You make me sick you idiot. Also a company can't make you get a physical.... Only your family doctor can!. Don't buy into the BS you hear, or the BS they try to implement. It just ain't gonna work, and the law makers will make sure of that!. If someone tells you at work to get a physical, you sue the fuck out of them for discrimination.
  6. Wait till Bob King and the UAW membership have a 50,000 member rally up their ass!. The best thing about that is, it will be more then 50,000 people when the retirees come out to help!. They better run to another state like the law makers did in Wisconsin come contract time. Remember first time around whatever they offer vote NO!
  7. Make no mistake people, the money fund that these Jackets are coming from has billions if not 1 billion in it. They have so much f***ing money in these funds and their sitting on it to earn interest, the little bit they give back to you (Jackets) justifies having the money and earning interest on it. I think the union should open their books to the membership to see exactly what-and how much money they really have per local. I'm now in Sandusky but my union dues are still going to Saline? WTF and where is my f-ing Jacket.!
  8. I'm sorry but no CEO deserves to rake in 500 times more then the worker does. After all it's the worker making that company money. The people at the top don't care because they can just get rid of the worker and get a new one.
  9. Hey people, you all voted for Snyder instead of Virg - so don't complain about the things the new Gov is doing. You all had a chance to elect a winner for the UAW and unions in Michigan who was (at the time) backed by the SEIU and other union organizations and you chose to go the other way and vote in a guy who claims to be a good business man. If you don't like what Snyder is doing petition for a recall.
  10. I think Bob King realizes he's going to have a tough time knowing the membership wants a lot back. The union knows that people now are not just going to sit back and vote yes on a "one time around" negotiation. He's going to have to get stuff back for us, and the company is going to try and throw a couple thousand dollars at us to get us to vote yet, this is MO at bargaining time, I just hope people don't fall for it like they did last time.
  11. Every CEO in this country makes 500 times more then the average worker. Are you telling me Allan and Bill Ford Jr. Need or deserve a 90 million dollar bonus check along with share options? f**k no!. If these people wanna turn the company around they would take one-dollar and no stock options, and give the profits they would be getting to the work force for once!. If they did that can you imagine such positive press they could get from this!, what are they thinking??? Then they could claim we are a real family! I hope these fuc*s at the top choke on their 90 million dollar profit cash and die. Us workers are working to hard and were not getting a piece of that american dream!. Don't you watch Glenn Beck people? this world is coming to an end, and it's going to be filled with protest in the streets just like your seeing now in Libya. CEO's should get anything more then 1-3 million a year.. If they wanna make a new law, they need to put caps on what CEO's make in the private sector. And if they take anything more they get heavily taxed for it.
  12. Stop crying about it and get everyone together in the plant and go outside and strike the last 6 months!.. what the hell do you have to lose at this point? at least your going out with a bang!. You people need to stop believing what your Union tells you. It's all lies and BS just to keep you quiet. Organize and picket the last 6 months, and I'm sure the company will have to give something to you!. When your gone, the Union people will still have jobs to go too!. They will just get transfered to ACH plants where they can walk around all day, do safety and quality jobs and not have to do any work!. They don't care. So get out and strike.
  13. I agree with this, DTP membership, all they have to do is get 51% of the people to sign a recall petition on the likes of people like Anthony Berges, Thornton and the others to get them out. Don't ask me where to get this paperwork, just make your own and someone needs to walk around privately with it. Do it on both shifts or all three crews, once you have the signatures then present it to the local and send it to the international. Make sure anything you send in the mail is signature certified so you know they receive it cause anything you send to these people will be ignored unless they are forced to sign for it. As for this guy Chuckie you talk about, sounds like a member that has the balls to stand up for his rights and membership and a select few (like some on here) can't handle it cause maybe they work for the company or they are union and just don't like it when someone can do their jobs over them without being in the union!. I once new a guy that would write his own grievances because the leadership within his plant didn't know how to do it or just wouldn't they then refused to provide him with any backing on any issue because they felt he was doing their job.. It's pretty sad when a line worker can over shadow a floor rep and make him/her look like a dope. We need more people like that. Sadly they won't run for the reasons that were pointed out above. (The boat doesn't rock their way) so there is no point in trying to change a broken boat.
  14. I agree on this, if you go you go, don't chase that dog down any more, your'e out live with it. These union people on the floor will pull out all the stops to get off the floor, they simply don't want to work, just ask the freaks at DTP, SRP, Saline, they are lazy mother fucs that don't even know the contract let along know how to do their job on the floor. I say we need to hold union people accountable for things they do on the floor, if you can't perform your job, you should be rated on the floor, if you get low ratings, your out!...
  15. Here is the main reason they are trying to union bust, it's because these sates are broke, and instead of making cuts where they can, they want to go after workers. If every state in the union actually followed it's budget and didn't over spend and wasn't corrupt, you wouldn't have to union bust or go after jobs! plain and simple. if a household can budget and stay within it, there is no reason why a state can't. If states stayed within their budget, they wouldn't have to lay off fire fighters and police and other state workers. Everything operates on greed and corruption and it has to stop. People are now getting tired of it so they are protesting. lets start putting these people that run our state and local gov in jail for the over spending and corruption. BTW in Wisconsin if these people can't report back to their job, don't fine them, simply fire them!.
