Maislebandit
Concerned about our future. I am medium seniority and retirees in my family to depend on us working. If our membership shrinks any more I am afraid we will not be able to support our retirees. My Mother, Father and GrandMother all depend on us working to keep their pensions funded. I am also concerned about my job and welfare. Not too many nieghbors on my block working right now. To me it is not worth the risk. A no vote further puts us in a death spiral. I am concerned about our future also. There is no guarantee on new work. This is the kool aid to stay away from. Why the push for the no strike? Could be the company doesn't want to give back no matter how good they might be doing in the future? As far as I am concerned a yes vote puts us in a death spiral. A head start to the race to the bottom.
Furious1Auto
Just ask youself if our job security is worth the risk. Still a no vote. Thats ok. Its our future we need to consider. You come on here threatening people if they disagree? I have news for you dude, the modifications will fail all over the country so go f-ck yourself. If you would like to meet in person to discuss the details, I'd be happy to meet with you! I'm in Escanaba on my way to "D" town. Go wipe your a-s with the tentative agreement, because that is all that collective thought is ever going to amount to. Come back in 2011!
