cecilmeyer
Lets give a big recognition to the people at KCAP.These people do not even have a future product and yet had the courage to stand up and fight for what is right. It took a lot of courage to do what you people did at KCAP.I only hope the people here at CAP have the courage to do the same. And not to downplay the other plants votes but again to take a stand when your ass is really on the line says much about the workforce at KCAP.You guys at KCAP are what unions are supposed to be made of! :happy feet:

I just hope our local reps now relize that we are willing to fight for our union and that they will start to fight for us, by helping us with some of the bullshit that management has been pulling over the recent months in our plant (kcap), and also being more visible on the floor to help keep managements feet to the fire.
