No, actually AAI plans an increase in production from last year later this quarter and early second quarter

[/ e It's true production is quadrupling for the first quarter this year compared to last year's 1Q (from 9,500 to 35,500). We were barely working 6 hours a day when we weren't laid off. Ford wants to see how the 2011 Mustang launch sales go before deciding on dropping a shift. The union said this in their newsletter. We can't pick jobs until June, at first they said it was to ensure the quality of the launch, but now we know if sales don't pick up dramatically, we could lose b shift. I've been saying this could happen for a long time, and we've been lucky to keep both shifts, but we need SALES TO INCREASE BIG TIME or we're in trouble.
