I was wondering if Ford has started a way for the consumer to track the process of the vehicle as it goes through the different processes. Right now, the best source of info is your dealer. They can give you fairly deteailed info through the Vehicle Visibility website that is available to dealers. Seems pretty archaic to me - I don't believe it.. I was told the same thing, once a week on Thursdays. With everything available online these days, dealers have to rely on a weekly printout? What a joke. Not sure whether to believe my dealer or not. I see many people got their VIN in 2-3 weeks after ordering, I've been waiting 6 weeks, still nothing, and my salesman says he has no where to check. Very odd.
