Fire512
Any help tracking my Mustang GT status would be much appreciated. I know it's close to delivery but I haven't gotten a lot of help from my salesman. The window sticker said that it was shipping convoy but I haven't even verified that. Fire512
Hope you had a good weekend. Thanks for the update. Is it possible to find out the final rail destination. I'm guessing Miami or J-ville.

Fire512
Is it common for the rail cars to sit at a rail yard for 2 days. I know that you don't work for CSX but you do track alot of vehicles. Edited September 15, 2010 by Fire512
cyberdman
That may be so, but I'm not the railcar police either. I don't go out of my way to memorize their schedules. This isn't my job, I have more important things to retain than how many days on average a car sits in a lot or yard. Just be thankful I am telling you anything at all. It takes as long as it takes. Seriously, do you think they are only shipping one car at a time? I would image it takes quite an effort to move and coordinate that movement of all those 1000s and 1000s of vehicles that go through the yard. Some take longer than others, no 2 shipped vehicles situations are ever the same. In Transit Arrived Rail - Railcar # ETTX801272 (Csx Transportation ) Palcenter, FL Sep-16-2010, 00:03 ET.
