kwilkins
Can anyone who has driven the MKT in snowy conditions comment on how it handles and what amount of snow it is capable of driving through?
schutterj
I'd say 8-12" and it handles fantastic in the snow here in NE PA. Edited January 19, 2011 by schutterj
NickF1011
Most important thing to remember is the tires. I'm sure the Pirelli Scorpions on the 22" wheels on my Edge Sport will do pretty poorly in snow, even with the AWD. Haven't had enough of it yet this winter to try it out though. I'm in Jersey just across the bridge from Philly and we've been getting a lot snow. I'm going to post a new message on this, but while I have you on-the-line, can you let me know how bumpy the MKT ride is? I've taken two test drives (in different MKT ecoboosts) and in both cases the potholes and rough roads were felt more than I thought for such a quite and comfortable car.
