makithapn
recieved postings for machine repairman to van dyke, good for them. When is ford going to post for other trades looking for permanent work;, toolmakers, welders,, millwrights, how about equal rights reprensentation, we hear lap is retooling, wouldnt it be to fords advantage to transfer trades to assist, familiarize, train, or whatever term sounds appropriate for the installation of new equipment. i am throwing away my crystal ball and trading it in for a magic 8 ball. We have let our union become a laughing stock it know wonder we can not org. other auto manufactures! we give up everything pay our leadership double our base rate in some cases and get no representation in return! I guess its time for the membership as a whole stand up and send them a message, remove these pretend leaders in plant, locals regions, and international union!!!!!!!
