MKII
I don't care about your ownership experience. Anecdotal evidence is irrelevant. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J6_1Pw1xm9U
RichardJensen
I think ACSI http://www.acsimatters.com/2010/09/20/gm-and-ford-make-headlines-where%E2%80%99s-chrysler-2/ has more cred than JD Powers CSI http://www.jdpower.com/autos/articles/2010-Customer-Service-Index-Study/page-3/ They are measuring different things. The JDP study measures "Customer Service", the ACSI measures "Customer Satisfaction", which are different but related items. Lexus tops out the CSI because it has good dealers, not because it has good products. That also explains why Saturn has a high score in its last year of existence. Ford Jellymoulds
Actually the Fiesta and Kuga were well above with 4 stars. Mondeo, Focus and Max were average (3 stars) Only the KA and Galaxy were rates with 2 stars...........neither of which will make it over here anyway, and the KA is a Fiat underneath anyway. Fiat's 500 got 3 lots of 5 stars for vehicle for vehicle appeal, its a new car to the marketplace its come from no where to No2 best seller in its this market in Europe, the Ka is an established car in the same class is only 7th best seller in the same class. Same car under the skin but different tin clothes. Maybe the 500 has a smarter set of tin clothes with a classic cut that buyers are finding appealing?
