Bad Pony Posted July 6, 2006 Share Posted July 6, 2006 (edited) Well, after fubaring one of the bolts attached to the hood hinge while trying to install hood shocks, I decided to get the hood I wanted anyways. BTW, the hood shocks I got work great they just turned out to be a bit more expensive than I wanted at the time. Almost forgot, it's a Steeda Cobra R hood... How'd you mess up the hinge bolt installing them? Weird. I bought the ones from MRT that don't require rivets. While removing a nut from one of the hood hinge bolts, I got it in a bind and broke it loose from the fiberglass. I decided against repairing the hood and bought a new one.
