TANGO4224 Posted July 18, 2011 Share Posted July 18, 2011 They were on their own time and off company property.So they had a couple of beers with lunch.Think Salaried people dont?The people smoking,,,,how do I know it was marijuana?Marijuana is illegal according to the 'thought/behavior police'.I see it as internal plant politics being played out in the media and once again the working-class people who are powerless get hammered.Totally unnecessary.The co-workers{if they were hourly} who turned them in should have complained to their union first.I did that once and the problem was solved.Good job of making us all look bad. that is the point I was trying to make. This shit is only about payback, revenge and plant politics. They do it for their own personal gains, Has nothing to do with people having problems with drinking or smoking or getting them help. and you are right---the working people are the ones who suffer. Sad but true--- the people who do this shit are the local leaders who claim to me all about the union and them preach to the workers how they need to step up.
