ehammond67
We've had our 2012 Titanium for about 3 weeks and the only problem we have had so far is the with the Bluetooth microphone. When I make a call I can hear the person I'm talking to crystal clear but the person I'm talking to reports terrible background noise and static. We've tried different cell phones and the problem is still there. So far we have done the following to troubleshoot the problem... Made calls from the car without the car running, no background noise at all Made calls with the car running in park, no background noise at all on this same call we gave the car a little gas while in park, some background noise started to bleed into the call Made calls during normal driving, background noise is bad and get worse during acceleration making it basically unusable. I feel like the microphone is bad OR Ford is using cheap microphones that have terrible noise canceling. Has anyone else experienced the same problem? I use a Motorola Roadster Bluetooth In-Car Speakerphone in my other vehicle and have never had a problem with.
Murray5476
I have the exact same issue with my 2012 TIT. Did you ever solve the issue??
hawaiicarguy
Hate to say but mine is the same....although the problem is intermittent. So I am not sure what is going on there.....maybe something to do with the HVAC?
Murray5476
My noise seems to change from wind noise to garble. At times cuts out...
