Firefly
The employees at Kentucky Truck are being forced to vote inside the plant for the first time! In an area right outside the Dbl glass doors leading to Labor! WTF!!!! The electronic machines will sit there for 2 days! One month on the negotiating team has tarnished our Chairman if he's really ok with this!
oap2ktpvet
First time in my 20 years that an election was held in the plant. They say this is for the convenience of the workers so by that logic lets sell the hall and have union meetings in the plant. (yep that's sarcasm) LOL
Ktp1989
If this is legit and we can make sure it's all on the up and up....I think this is a great move for the membership who are pissed and voting no. People who are pissed will vote and this makes it real easy to blast this contract...hence why DTP and KTP are to be some of the last plants to vote. Vote KTP first and the rest of the unions see our numbers and pile on....by time it gets to KTP good news has come out on voting from the plants that got incentives or work added...hoping that it appears to have passed before KTP even votes...because from what I have heard KTP will kill this deal by a wide margin.

I do remember one election on company property but it was held in a rented construction trailer I would prefer that but I'm not calling the shots

Several of us are back at LAP for the launch and we don't like it either. We'll help you widen that margin.
