Yesterday I received a letter from the Employee Benefits Office

Healthcare benefit changes effective March 1st 2012 your office visit copay will be $30

It was my understanding that our office visit would have a copay of $20

We have know contract books so I can see wtf is going on

And the union reps say let me check on that

ANYONE know anything about this

I have BlueCare HMO

That's why I changed over to BCBS, that's the one they're talking about is now $20 co-pay, plus you can choose any doctor you want, no deductible. I used to have BCN also but got tired of begging my doctor for a referral plus the new BCBS is even bettter. That's what changed with the new contract. You can do it online at the benefits section. :)

Thanks I checked the benefits site and only have 2 choices

Humana or BCBS KC MO

It says I will automatically be enrolled in BCBS KC MO
