  8. for tier 2 20% or 8 years of credited service to get to the new traditional wink look at the tier 2 that moved up there new traditional not legacy

At last count 55 will be tranfered from entry level to legacy effective january 26, 2015 Most of these employees are at KCAP Its a slow process but at least you may get there someday Remember only Ford has the 20% cap GM and Chrysler gave them up in that last round of consessions That we voted down
  10. Well brother if you have Seniorty why are you complaining Like it or not AWS is not going away. Sounds to me like you are the one thinking of yourself and saying screw seniorty.I did not like it when I hired in was on nights leaving for work about the time the kids got home worked 10 hours 5 days a week. I signed a shift preference to go days after working nights for 7 years service with know complaints. Thats just the way it is like it or not. I do not like three crew AWS but its something that is going haunt us forever.My only complaint is a 10.7 work schedule 10 hours a day is enough.

  16. Well is DTP ready to start the new truck We have been told at KCAP that we may be called back earlier than expected body shop and paint on 1/15/15 Final returning on 1/21/15

There has been know talk about Voluntary TLO at KCAP We do know that Truck Side will be 2 10 hour shifts with tag relief when the 2015 launches in January C-Crew people are going to be sent to the number 2 or 3 shift in Transit or Truck Remember C-Crew was only created to build enough trucks to cover downtime at DTP and KCAP
  18. KCAP c crew will be down from december 23rd thru april ? A and B will be on 5 10's during the launch of the 2015 with relief men

  21. yeah sad but true but we legacy employees do not have to vote to give them a raise. No numbers on how many labor relations told management to send down kicking them out for 30 days for awols
