roscoe100 Posted October 21, 2012 Share Posted October 21, 2012 (edited) Hello all, new to this forum. Looking for some possible help on a problem with my 2010 MKX. Purchased it used 6 months ago. Still under factory wty. If I do not use the panoramic sunroof for a period of time, (like a week or more), when I go to open the roof, it will only move up about an inch then stops and does not retract. I have to keep trying it 6 or more times, and finally it will retract automatically. It will be OK for the rest of the day and work fine, but if it is not operated again for a period of time it will do the same thing again. All other functions for the sunshade and tilt work fine. This is driving me crazy as I really like the vehicle otherwise. Dealer not much help as he says he must see it doing this (he wont just go by my complaints) Any help out there would be appreciated.
